Erica 2010

Erica and I planned on going out to Grand Haven to start her senior pictures, but due to the one day of humidity we had, we started in studio for her. I think that it was the perfect way for us to get to know each other, they turned out beautiful...here is a little sneak peak for you Erica! Ostrander Family

These beautiful girls are so full of energy and spunk, that I literally chased them around the park for an hour and they never stopped. With mom and dad's help we were able to capture them in between the fun of "hide and seek" and running!! If only adults could have half of these girls energy we would all be set!!! Enjoy

SENIORS 2010

What an awesome way for me to start my Senior "2010" year. Laura shined the entire time we walked and talked at her home in Coopersville. What an exciting time for Ron and Lisa expecting their baby any day now. It is amazing the love and tenderness they share, and hopefully their pictures I am able to give them help them remember these little moments in life that lead to a lifetime of happiness. Lydia

Quiet little Lydia comes and sees me with the challenge of getting just one picture for her mom to have forever! Once you break her out of her shell watch out...there are going to be so many to choose from that Darcy and Todd won't even be able to pick. Here is a little tease of one of my favorites so far. Nolan turns "one"

Darcy loves the pictures of her children eating cake, so I was lucky enough to have her bring me little Nolan...although he didn't make a mess of himself, I think he had a great time. Bella turns ONE

Who would have thought just one short year ago Bella would be so full of energy today! The many faces of Bella it has been over the past year and I hope I fulfilled that again today!

Precious Little Haven

Haven is 5 weeks old today and has already doubled her weight, so I can only imagine what a little peanut she must have been only one month ago. Mom says she is a fussy little one, but I didn't see that side of her today...see what you think!

Just a reminder that life is fragile and cherish every moment you have! We can't bring anything with us when we depart life as we know it, yet what we leave behind can be priceless to someone else. Hug your kids they deserve to know you care in our busy lives...

Kendall and NO, not my daughter

Kendall shows up all spunky and full of life, but when I ask her to do anything for me she listens like this perfect little girl! I know she must be an angel for her mom too!

Vance

I'm very lucky to have wonderful friends like Aaron who have cute little kids that they want me to photograph. I think though for some reason that Vance is telling me in his own way that he has had enough!! Any thoughts?

So my daughter Carli was FINALLY willing to pose for me so I grabbed the camera and took 87 pictures and ended up with three that really capture her little girl side!

Ashton was the first little guy that I ever was able to capture as a little baby and now check this guy out!! Heading off to his first wedding. The bride and groom are lucky to have this family part of their special day.

What a Year so far!!

I can't believe that I haven't even had the opportunity to update my blog for all of you...it has been so busy, working with all of your families and with doing the "lollipop benefit" a couple of weeks back. I'm also working on my new website so watch for that to launch too in the next couple of weeks. Lollipop Portraits

Recently, I have had the privilege to get to know a family from my church that has had some life changing events take place in their lives. Liz and Ken were given their third gift from God another beautiful baby girl, Makenzie...she came to them with a few more challenges than what their simple lives were used to. Unaware of what medical challenges they will face in the years to come the Greer Family Fund has been started. To help build that fund, I have dedicated one day to Lollipop Portraits of your children in mini sessions where you can help make a difference in someone elses lives while still receiving a great memory of your own in return.

I had the pleasure of being able to keep baby Seger for the entire day all to myself on Saturday so won't Josie and Scott be excited to see what I did to him for pictures!!! Kennedy

OMGoodness, this little girls eyes will make you melt!!! Mom and dad mentioned me giving them to many pictures to choose from, but what do you do when they bring this adorable girl and we play and talk for two hours!! Can't wait to finish them up, but yet couldn't wait to share one!!!

Owen turns "1"

Owen is the first one to come into the studio for 2009 and what a great way for me to start out the year. Talk about porcelain skin, chubby cheeks, and beautiful blue eyes...I don't think I can go wrong with this little guy. Thanks Tara and Matt for including me in your memories!!!
